1. What services do you offer?

We specialize in project management, installation oversight, vendor coordination, and consulting on custom architectural interiors. Our expertise includes fabrication and installation of high-end millwork, metal, glass, countertops, and other bespoke elements.

2. Do you take on full build-outs or just specific scopes?

We can support full interior build-outs or be brought in to manage specific phases, such as installation oversight, vendor coordination, or field execution. We tailor our services to each client’s needs.

3. What types of clients do you typically work with?

We work with interior designers, architects, developers, contractors, and discerning homeowners who are seeking precision and accountability in their construction or renovation projects.

4. Are you a general contractor?

No — we are not a general contractor. RHCCG is a consulting and management firm. We collaborate with general contractors, fabricators, and specialty trades to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly and efficiently.

5. Where do you work geographically?

We are based and primarily serve the tri-state area (New Jersey, New York, Connecticut) but are available for projects nationally depending on scope.

6. What makes RHCCG different from other consultants?

We bring over a decade of experience working for some of the most respected fabrication and design firms in the country including Christopher Peacock, Bednark Studio, Minzer Millwork, and Serett Metalworks. Randall Harris personally oversees each project with the insight of someone who has been on both the shop floor and the jobsite.

7. Can you help me select and manage vendors?

Yes. We can assist with vendor selection, vetting, coordination, and scheduling. We often act as a liaison between clients, designers, and specialty trades to keep the process smooth and on track.

8. Do you offer design services?

While we are not a design firm, we work closely with designers and architects to interpret drawings, identify constructability issues, and ensure design integrity through the installation process.

9. How do you charge for services?

Our pricing is based on the scope and duration of the project. A detailed estimate is provided after our initial consultation.
